从2018年9月15日德国项目第一次开学典礼开始，我们就一直重视对孩子们的感恩教育，感恩国家、感恩学校、感恩父母、感恩老师、感恩同学，在开学典礼上，孩子们与父母的深情拥抱，一句句感谢、您辛苦了，真挚之情，溢于言表。生日会上，同学们静悄悄地为老师策划了一场才艺表演，一张张生日贺卡、教师节贺卡，都包含了同学们对老师的尊敬与感恩之情。学校的井冈山之行，也很好地向同学们传递了爱国主义情怀和吃苦耐劳的优秀品质。

Since the first opening assembly of the German class on September 15th, 2018, we have always attached great importance to the gratitude education for students. At the opening assembly, students and their parents embraced each other with deep feelings. At birthday parties, students planned a show for their teachers. Each birthday card and Teacher's Day card conveyed their respect and gratitude for their instructors. The school trip to Jinggangshan also displayed to students patriotism and diligence.

秉承德式教育理念，实行小班化教学，以每班不超过20人的班级规模展开教学，配备德国全职外教、中教、管理老师与行政管理人员，师生比例优秀，以德德式语言教学为主，严格把控每一个教学环节，每周两次教学例会，随时沟通、处理学生学习、生活各方面的问题，保持与家长的沟通，让家长们清晰地了解并掌握学生的动态，共同纠正他们不好的习惯，保证学习和休息的平衡关系，为学生创造一个健康、积极的学习氛围和环境。对短期突破从零基础到B2水平的德语学习具有严谨高效的教学系统及丰富经验。

Adhering to the concept of German education, we have been carrying out small class teaching in a class size of no more than 20 students, full-time foreign and Chinese teachers and administrative staff. A proper number of teachers are assigned to each class with German-to-German language teaching. Every part of the teaching is rigorously considered. We hold two regular team-meetings a week to communicate and discuss issues with the study and life of students. And we maintain regular communication with their parents to provide them with the updates on the developments of their children, in a bid to correct their bad behaviors, strike a balance between study and rest and create a good environment for study. Our teachers have a rigorous and efficient teaching system and extensive experience in helping students leaping to the B2 level from scratch.

关注主要矛盾—注重词汇、语法、口语、听力等语言学习的关键环节

从开学第一堂课开始，老师就给学生们“打好预防针”，让学生们重视对词汇的积累和记忆，不管任何一个考试部分，词汇都是取胜至关重要的法宝，是检验语言能否达标的试金石，其次德语复杂、繁琐的语法规则也是我们在教学时格外关注的部分，用以中文讲解语法的方式，能让学生更清楚、更详细、更系统地了解语法的规则和使用条件，同时我们也做到了加强对口语和听力的训练和要求，个人口语表达展示、小组对话展示、做游戏等方式，无不加强了学生的语言运用和口头表达能力，每周至少100分钟的听力训练，让同学们一步步克服对听力的恐惧和不适应，更好地完成语言学习的每一个环节。

学习亦是一种能力，学习的主动性以及高效率是我们培养学生学习能力的目标，让学生对学习产生兴趣是我们的方法论，2018年11月30日德国班“莱茵号角”教学展演活动，给了同学们第一次用德语展示与演绎的机会，增强学生的自信心从而对德语学习产生浓厚兴趣。我们日常关注每一位学生的学习状态并及时给予帮助，对于笔记的整理检查以及定期词汇测试都有系统的周期，设置合适的奖励制度，让每一位学生都能获得学习的乐趣和动力，提升其自主学习能力。
