It refers to a combination of apprenticeships in factories and companies and vocational education at vocational schools. It features corporate training that can be well combined with theoretical instruction in vocational schools. With a clear goal in mind, which is “to study for work”, students educated in such system are significantly self-motivated.

中德双元制职业教育项目，是为中职、高职或高中毕业学生开设的职业教育德国留学项目，通过莱茵公益教育中心（简称GRB），接收中国职业院校学生到德国，对学生进行双元制职业培训，并为学生提供工作机会。
The Chinese-German dual system of vocational education is a project of vocational education in Germany intended for students from secondary and high vocational schools and high schools, which helps transfer students from Chinese vocational schools to Germany through xx (GRB for short) where they would be educated under the dual system of vocational education and provided with job opportunities.

德国莱茵公益教育中心坐落于美丽的北威州首府杜塞尔多夫，成立初期就非常重视与中国的文化交流和业务交流。教育中心目前业务涵盖从中学年龄段的普通文理中学以及职业教育，大学年龄段的本科教育以及硕士教育等。中心旗下有包括勒沃库森寄宿制中学（Internat Leverkusen），凯森斯坦高级文理中学（Privatschule Crassenstein Schloss），莱茵护理健康学院（RAPG）以及杜塞尔杜夫预科（STK Düsseldorf），并与比勒菲尔德中等企业大学（FHM）共同创建PSP预科，该预科目前是德国规模最大，校区最多，人数最多的预科。
Situated in Dusseldorf, the beautiful capital city of North Rhine-Westphalia, GRB has laid much emphasis on cultural and business communication with China ever since its inception. It offers gymnasium and vocational education for secondary school students and undergraduate and postgraduate education for university students.

第一阶段：在国内接受德语培训，至少取得歌德学院德语B1证书；
Stage 1: receive German training in China to obtain the certificate of Goethe-Zertifikat B1 or higher levels;
第二阶段：在国内接受企业面试，取得企业实习合同，办理赴德手续；
Stage 2: have an interview in China to obtain an internship contract and go through the formalities in Germany;
第三阶段：在德国进行为期3年的双元制职业培训，学生一半时间在校学习理论、一半时间在企业带薪学习，薪资约（1000欧元/月）。
Stage 3: receive a three-year vocational education of the dual system in Germany, spending half time in school and half in a company (cost: approximately 1,000 euros/month);
第四阶段：毕业之后取得职业资格证书，可继续留在企业工作，与德国公民同工同酬，享受同等福利待遇。基本工资为2000-3500欧元。也可以选择继续读本科，升入大学进行学习。
Stage 4: obtain professional certificate after graduation, and given the opportunity to work at the company with the same entitlements as German counterparts (base pay: 2,000-3,500 euros/month) or study an undergraduate programme in a university.

(1)医疗健康类：老年人护士、护士、儿童护士、助产士、兽医、营养师、职能治疗师、艺术治疗师、言语治疗师、音乐治疗师、视觉矫正师、物理治疗师、动物医师、紧急救护、医药销售员、制药工程师、外科跟台器械师、医疗保健师、手术助理、牙医助理等；
(2)机械制造类：两轮机械师（自行车机械师、摩托车机械师）、工业机械师、切削加工机械师、操作机械师、德国铁路司机、轻轨列车司机、机电一体化机械师、机器设备操作师；
(3)商贸会计类：工业行业职员、IT行业管理助理、直销工程师、视觉营销设计师、展会规划师、银行职员、行政管理；
(4)电子电器类：工业电气工程师、工业工程电子工程师、IT-系统工程师、技术系统规划师、职业司机、汽车软件设计师、应用程序开发的IT工程师；
(5)汽车服务类: 仓储物流、汽车服务主管、新能源汽车机电一体化工程师、汽车机电一体化工程师、车身和汽车构造技师、车身维护技术等；
(6)酒店管理类：西点厨师、酒店管理专业、旅游经营管理、餐饮服务管理等

出国前

1.填写申请表格，准备申请材料，预审。
2.签署服务协议，缴纳报名费用。
3.面试和动手能力测试。
4.在国内通过德语B1后（学生自行承担语言费用），可匹配德国企业及面试。
5.面试合格后，以收到实习聘书为准办理签证。
6.赴德前培训，购买机票，缴纳剩余的项目服务费。

入德后

7.落地服务（接机、安排住宿、上保险、银行开户等）。
8.参观企业及学校，正式签订双元制实习合同。
9.开始带薪工作和学习。
10.毕业后可在企业继续就职，或者选择升学。工作5年后可申请绿卡。

1.免学费：无学费、无学籍注册费等。
2.享补贴：学生学习期间可以享受双元制教育补贴；以机电一体化专业为例：第一年880欧/月，第二年950欧/月，第三年1030欧/月，学生3年可获得34320欧，折合人民币275000元。
3.保就业：学生完成学业之后，可直接在实习企业就业，平均薪资在2000-3500欧/月。 平均年收入20万-33万元。
4.可升学：学生可申请德国大学，免德福，免APS审核。
5.可移民：根据德国移民法，在德国连续工作五年，可申请德国绿卡。
6.跟踪服务：学生学习期间全程跟踪服务，设有专业老师定期和家长沟通反馈学员情况。

5.管理：在学制内全程有专职老师进行生活，学习，工作方面的辅导。

6.沟通：在学制内有专职老师会定期向家长反馈学员生活、学习，工作等情况；
